Theme Thursday [Health] - 2#

Theme Thursdays is a fun weekly event that will be open from one Thursday to the next. Anyone can participate in it. The rules are simple:
  • A theme will be posted each week (on Thursdays)
  • Select a conversation/snippet/sentence from the current book you are reading
  • Mention the author and the title of the book along with your post
  • It is important that the theme is conveyed in the sentence (you don’t necessarily need to have the word)
Ex: If the theme is KISS; your sentence can have “They kissed so gently” or “Their lips touched each other” or “The smooch was so passionate”

This will give us a wonderful opportunity to explore and understand different writing styles and descriptive approaches adopted by authors. Theme Thursdays is hosted by Kavyen @ Reading Between Pages.

This weeks theme is -

HEALTH (Health / Wellbeing / Illness / Disease/ etc )

Oriana's Eyes written by Celeste Simone

"The Medical ward? They allow half-bloods to treat patients?"
"Well I mostly clean the rooms. I'm not really supposed to be talking to you."

  1. Good choice for this weeks theme. I haven't heard of this book but I love the cover.

  2. Good snippet. Who is she/he talking too when she is not supposed too?

  3. Are they afraid that being a half-blood is contagious?

    Good one! Here's mine:

Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to read my post, I really appreciate it. :) Feel free to leave a comment below, I love reading them and I always try to visit everyone back. *MUAH*
